Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons like birthdays and holidays, please allow up to 7 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 additional days. Need it faster? Reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What sizes do you offer for babies, toddlers, and kids?
We offer sizes from newborn through youth XL, including onesies for babies 0–24 months, toddler tees in 2T–5T, and youth shirts in sizes 6–14. Every listing includes sizing details — and if you're unsure, we're happy to help you choose based on your child's age and measurements.
Can I customize a shirt with my child's name and age?

What fabric are your shirts and onesies made from?
Our garments are made from soft, high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics that are gentle on baby and toddler skin. Onesies are 100% cotton. Tees vary by style but are always chosen for softness and durability — because these shirts get worn, washed, and worn again.
How do I wash a custom printed shirt without ruining it?
We use professional direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on all garments — no vinyl, no transfer paper. To keep your shirt looking great: turn it inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, no bleach, and tumble dry low or air dry. Our prints are built to last through many washes when cared for this way.
What if I need to change my order after placing it?
Message us as soon as possible — we start production quickly. If your order hasn't entered the printing queue yet, we can usually make changes to the name, size, or design. Once printing begins, changes may not be possible, so don't wait to reach out.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If something arrives with a defect or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — that's our promise. We take quality seriously and want every order to be something you're proud to give or put on your little one.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.
What about wrong shipping addresses?
Shipping labels are generated automatically from the address you enter at checkout — please double-check it before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you and you can purchase a new shipping label so we can resend it.
